 nuclear alert....  Bush Lifts Ban on Mini Nukes   President
Bush signed a $401 billion defense appropriations bill
that includes funding for for continued research into new
H-bombs, including low-yield, "mini-nukes." President Bush signed the defense authorization bill Monday saying, "America's military is standing between our country and grave danger." Tucked away within the bill is $15 million for continued research into new H-bombs, including low-yield, so-called "mini-nukes." The bill lifts a decade-old ban on research into low-yield nuclear weapons. Japanese officials expressed concern yesterday about the plan saying it could have a "negative impact on nuclear nonproliferation." The U.S. is the only country in history to have dropped an atomic bomb. In 1945 it dropped one on the city of Hiroshima and one on Nagasaki in Japan. If we have to agree that President Bush's regime, and Tony Blair's, are presently acting from a platform of lies - can we infact 'believe' that we live in a political society?Yes?This is Democracy, in so far as these men have been "voted" in; and as they claim, along side Prince Charles (I shall be King!!!) Windsor, they are the most powerful men in the world . The Laws and regulations that they are introducing, the trade caveats within the country (Iraq) that they have invaded and the obliquy they pay to Lord Rothschild and Ariel Sharon,this is all, surely, a Gordian knot of legitimate puppetry? - can we claim to be living out the "virtual" time that has been set up as a "Virtual Reality?" It has recently been observed in the research sciences that a dose of Virtual Reality rapidly exposes paranoia in so many cases put under test that we may now be said to share on a very wide scale, both fear and loathing (of these two men?), as well of one another. Do we feel perhaps that the ghost of Andy Warhol has returned with a deadpan mirror and is guiding and persuading these crude men with the "love" that we have become so well acquainted with as part of this drugged and aggravated society since the l960s ? Andy noted then, of the Hippies, that the population only needed to be told what to do, and what to think, (as at that time Timothy Leary and Allen Ginsberg were already clearly in control in that respect.) He tried it out himself to great effect until he had to crawl underneath a table when someone took out her revolver to revolve him. What can be the fate of these great men who tell us  they control theWorld? So far as study of the U.N. goes we can see that Yes, the great big World is in thrall to them. All the world's governments either agree with them or ABSTAIN hoping to avoid the shame of ALWAYS agreeing?........ Fifteen European Nations (we are still living in Nations here at the moment don't forget) abstained from a UN vote to protect Palestinian children in November! What will they do when they have to vote next on the protection of Israeli children.... Well what about that? Are we not exposed now as the utterly craven creatures of our times.... what am I going to say to my grandchildren....how to explain this? How can I explain this? O shit...And look at this man crying...  he is a soldier and he cries - but it is these soldiers who will now be allowed to kill little Iraq and Palestinian children... Just go out with your Kalashnikov to Zionist Israel, curtsy to the man they call Pearl (that is now spelt Perle, I understand) who will give you instructions where the nearest school is, to find some little kids....And he'll maybe tell you, all the while he explains the illegal nature of the Iraq War, just as he did at the Institute of Contemporary Arts seminar in the Old Vic, London during George Bush's visit there. Maybe you won't have to go to a school too far away, or fall  over the doorstep at the nearest school as this soldierman did. But what am I talking about? Have we never had a history book written since Herod's time, about the wide-scale slaughter of children? What does Berlusconi think of that I wonder! Our new little Muscle-ini! The meaning is clear to so many people on the internet. It is amazing that one can never meet any of these people. They say that Counterpunch gets thousands of hits per day, and Jeff Rense millions. But where, from where, are these little fingers tap tap tapping? and........  Now! on and on we TOO can twirl away the time, between life and death - the time we pass in traffic jams, the time we wait, the time we spend infront of the mirror, the time we listen to and speak of and shout about and scream for... ..just another little round face on the wrist? No more "little children",or mere hoi poloi we are all splendid men and women now and even know that we love ourselves to bits....O! happy days and nights and donnybrook just like baghdad... we find that a very ancient world of checks and
balances, derived from common sense, is once more PUT in
place, and that democracy is no longer hoist to power, To
violence, to the wink, to the long finger or the
financial fixers of trade and stockmarkets, or to the
